    Key Responsibilities


    Gathering and evaluating stakeholder requirements, documenting business processes, and leading stakeholder interviews using techniques such as storyboarding, process and data mapping, workshops, or journey maps.

    Work with the IT business analysts and project team members as well as campus stakeholders to define:
    fundamentals that will follow when provisioning (p), reprovisioning (r), and deprovisioning (d) campus accounts.
    a framework for new IT services to follow.
    a future state account lifecycle, use cases/user stories for d/r/provisioning, and user roles.
    Analyzing process maps describing current d/r/provisioning practices.
    Identify and assess the business systems that currently support d/r/provisioning (e.g., Campus's student information system)
    Assess current state of user provisioned access.

    Assist BAs on the project team in gap analysis and making recommendations for transforming from the current state to the future state.

    What BA Will Need

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.
    Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team of professionals, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
    Detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills.

    Preferred:
    Familiarity with identity and access management processes, policies, and technologies.
    Experience working in an institution of higher education.
