- Leading the value stream team in daily operations and continuous improvement
- Supervising a team of production leaders, planners, manufacturing techs, and associates, fostering a visible and safe environment for participation and promoting hands-on problem-solving approaches.
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting visual metrics and KPIs, proactively addressing issues, making improvements, and maintaining timely results.
- Facilitating value stream gemba walks and employing problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement countermeasures for missed targets.
- Managing staffing levels, including recruitment, termination, and disciplinary actions, while fostering a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused team and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Driving waste reduction throughout the manufacturing operation via Lean methodology deployment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and recommending changes to enhance productivity and support new developments.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing Leadership Role or equivalent position.
- Demonstrated comprehension of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing in an industrial setting
