Maintain data integrity of ERP system including validation auditing current and retroactive detailed data entry ensuring accuracy Maintain employee personnel records with applicable documents hire paperwork termination transfers promotions conduct various types of research as requested necessary Track certifications licenses as part of conditions continued employment request current documents Regular tracking ensure ongoing federal compliance citizenship employment laws I-9s Provide in person customer service assistance customers records window Answer dispatch calls Provide department Directors employee date information review dates merit dates probations temporary seasonal employees Audit maintain incentive pays accuracy supporting documentation incentive pays Validate accuracy pay rates acting pay working class Provide unions active employee reports biweekly basis Provide timely accurate information response requests public other departments employees Communicate departments regarding current retroactive employee pay changes Process SAP PA workflow forms Issue audit MOA badges Present employee orientation Manage Service Award Program Other related duties assigned
