- Ensure all interior space requirements, building layout/footprints, architectural elements, aesthetics, department work requirements and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) needs are consistently met and maximized.
- Ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and scope specifications.
- De-Ionized water system maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities or maintenance management/leadership.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, De-Ionized water systems, Nitrogen Generators.
- Chemical Handling, Chemical Waste Removal experience.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to address time, scope, risk and communications issues.
- Experience with supplier negotiations and supplier management
