- Support Speech Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to students of different grades.
- Collaborate with the educational team to create and execute personalized treatment plans and therapy objectives.
- Assist students in speech and language activities, in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes communication development.
- Participate in assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and reports.
- Help students enhance their articulation, fluency, and language understanding.
- Support students with various communication requirements.
- Holder of a Bachelors degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.
- Valid Colorado state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
- CDE certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with students in educational or therapeutic settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for aiding students in their communication development.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with SLPs, teachers, and other professionals.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Detail-oriented and organized for maintaining comprehensive documentation.

A contract agency is actively looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a vibrant school district near Englewood, Colorado. This role involves supporting students across different grade levels with typical caseloads of 40-50 students. You'll work full-time, around 35-40 hours per week, starting immediately and continuing until the end of the school year.
