We are recruiting for 2nd shift Production Managers in Spring Hill, TN

Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-1:30am, Saturday's as needed. Pay rates DOE up to $77,000/year

Summary

The Warehouse Production Manager (2nd shift) within the General Assembly (GA) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Essential Functions

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Oversight for team within sequencing area including kitting team members and mobile equipment as well (forklifts and tuggers)
• May have oversight for a team within the bodyshop primarily using mobile equipment (forklifts, tuggers etc)
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing leadership experience
