- Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments (FIE) to identify student requirements and present findings to parents.
- Create and develop relevant sections of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) together with the educational team.
- Act as a crucial member of the Admission, Review, and Dismissal Committee (ARDC).
- Conduct detailed assessments and produce comprehensive reports to aid student growth and educational planning.
- Offer advice and assistance to teachers, parents, and school personnel on a range of mental health and educational matters.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and techniques to enhance student results.
- Collaborate with other educators and mental health professionals to develop a supportive and all-encompassing learning environment for every student.
- Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) accreditation.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related area.
- Solid grasp of psychological evaluation tools and methodologies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work harmoniously with a varied group of educators, parents, and mental health specialists.
- Background in formulating and implementing IEPs.
- Proficiency in state and federal rules pertaining to special education.
