    BCBA at Success On The Spectrum in Coppell, TX.

    We are growing We are ready to hire our third clinical BCBA. We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Come visit our brand new facility and meet our staff

    Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and enthusiasm. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 13 full-time clients. You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. However, SOS does employ at full-time trainer at this location to work directly with RBTs at the guidance of the BCBA. Attention to detail in this role is critical, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.

    SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

    Job Description:
    • Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15 pm.
    • Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
    • Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
    • Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
    • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
    • Conduct weekly parent training meetings and communicate progress updates.
    • Supervise Interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in-center and in-home.
    • Hold weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
    • Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
    • Safety Management.
    • Cleaning Duties.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Maintains BCBA Certification.
    • Maintains State Certification.
    • Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
    • Maintains NPI number.
