We are hiring a Veteran Talent Sourcer who understands military service from the inside. The language, the structure, the hierarchy, and the difference between an NCO and a SNCO without needing to Google it.
Your role is clear:
Find exceptional military talent. Translate their experience. Align them to mission-fit opportunities. Prepare them for submission.
You will not interact with clients. You will work alongside Recruiting Partners who handle final evaluation and client presentation. Your job is to identify and assess leadership potential before it ever reaches the client.
