    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a new brand acquisition into the Professional Products Division. This is a high-visibility global transformation project, requiring close collaboration across Global and US stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.

    You will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle — ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, and budget — while integrating the new brand seamlessly across all channels including retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the project plan, including scope, milestones, risks, and budget tracking
    • Create and manage detailed timelines within ServiceNOW (or compatible tools integrated with ServiceNOW)
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across:
    • Operations
    • Supply Chain
    • Finance
    • Information Technology
    • Data & Enterprise Architecture
    • Cybersecurity
    • Retail Systems
    • eCommerce & Omnichannel teams
    • Identify project risks and proactively escalate mitigation strategies
    • Drive governance alignment across Global, Zone, and Local leadership approval checkpoints
    • Support senior leadership presentations by summarizing progress, risks, and integration strategy
    • Ensure successful systems implementation and technical/business workstream integration into the overall roadmap
    • Maintain strong documentation across all phases of delivery

    Required Qualifications

    • 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management
    • Proven experience leading systems implementation projects in a project manager or team leader capacity
    • High proficiency in ServiceNOW (timeline creation, demand/ticket management)
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
    • Experience working on global, cross-functional projects
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
