    Job Summary:

    The ERP Application Architect knows how to drive initiatives of all sizes across multiple Business Functions and technologies. You are a self-starting individual with an aptitude for creative and critical
    thinking. You use your business expertise and enjoy collaborating with partners and helping implement positive change. You lead business leaders and Business analysts in solving problems and delivering solutions. The incumbent is a self-directed leader who takes charge of solutions with minimal management oversight.

    You envision comprehensive solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive impactful business decisions.

    You love to collaborate with techies and subject matter experts to establish the vision. You balance tradeoffs with partners between development time, usability, and performance needs. You think critically, plan and execute effectively and collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT peers. You nurture positive, professional relationships, acting as a trusted partner and a respectful challenger.

    Job Description: Major Responsibilities:

    • Architect business solutions through the systems life cycle including requirements, testing, configuration, and implementation
    • Lead business analysts and business leaders through requirements across business functional areas
    • Expected to be an expert in the vertical(s) for which you are working
    • Advises decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reporting to drive impactful business decisions
    • Leads projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Drive complex projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way
    • Ensuresthatalldeliverables arecompletedinaccordance withProjectManagement methodology; clearly and frequently communicates the status
    • Responsible for influencing the future of business Systems while engaging and leading in System / Product selection & evaluation
    • Ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; contribute to the communication of status
    • Architect testing and perform quality assurance to keep systems current & reliable
    • Use your experience to assist other verticals with architect analyst needs
    • Significant contributor to the IT strategy in your business area

    Internal Controls

    • Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.
    • Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal ControlsDepartment to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.
    • Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.

    Incumbent Attributes:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field
    • Years of experience: 15+ years of experience
    • Other unique job relevant attributes:
      • Deep understanding of best practices for large ERP systems such as (SAP S/4, SAP ECC, Oracle Hyperion, and Coupa)
      • Can design efficient solutions across multiple platforms with deep knowledge of middleware.
      • Has good understanding of SAP BTP platform as well as other widely used middleware systems.
      • Experience with both reporting and data strategies and can streamline ERP landscapes.
      • Hands on experience with widely used data warehouses such as Azure and eHana.
      • Experience of and participation in the change process, attending change board as a representative
      • Expert level Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
      • Expert level Business test planning/coordination experience
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
      • Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goals.
