Job Summary
Manages processes administrative procedures and policies to increase efficient effective operations for the department of budget with the FIU Foundation.
Makes high-level independent decisions regarding operational financial activities Supervises work of designated employees.Reviews and processes procurement contracts in the Total Contract Management TCM system and FIU Foundation Ensures contracts follow state University guidelines policies compliance with budget Manages daily workflow operations information for office including all aspects procurement inventory.
Serves as liaison main point contact division-wide asset moves management tracking inventory property transfer surplus Monitors division inventory monthly updates archival property control purposes Serves primary liaison operational questions issues Responsible managing work orders division ensure efficiency effective use resources Purchases manages inventory materials supplies common areas division including office supplies Works team develop departments annual operating budget Manages monitors department budget Ensures all expenses comply University Foundation policies guidelines aligned goals department Runs queries reports PeopleSoft Develops prepares detailed response explain any budget variances year Conducts research prepares compiles confidential Reports requested Analyzes departments performance provides recommendations Director Works ensures alignment activities departments strategic plan support divisions goals
