In this role, you will be the face of our clients' brands, interacting with customers at various promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activations.     Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients' brands at promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activations.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Educate consumers about the features and benefits of the products or services being promoted.
    • Assist with product demonstrations and sample distribution to showcase key brand offerings.
    • Collect customer feedback and data to provide insights for future marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging and objectives are effectively communicated.
    • Help set up and tear down event booths and displays as needed.
    • Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere at promotional events to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or promotional marketing is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.
