The Opportunity

• Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.
• New grads will not be considered for this position.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.
• This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

The Practice – A Multi-Site System

United Health Centers Corcoran – Corcoran, California

United Health Centers Milburn – Fresno, California

United Health Centers Kerman – Kerman, California

United Health Centers Reedley – Reedley, California

United Health Centers Sanger – Sanger, California

United Health Centers Mendota – Mendota, California

• Federally Qualified Health Center with four (4) rooms.
• Patients who need continuity of care are scheduled with UHC services prior to departure.
• Facility hours are Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5:30pm.
• Annual volume of approximately 8,000.
• Minor procedures required including lacerations, I&D's, and simple FB removal.
• Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, and glucose.
• Great team environment.
