    Structural Engineering Responsibilities:
    Review available geotechnical data to evaluate its impact on structural design.
    Conduct structural analysis and evaluations for various components within renewable energy projects.
    Design steel pile foundations, tracker pile foundations, and foundations for mechanical and electrical equipment.
    Design miscellaneous solar equipment and perimeter fence foundations.
    Prepare detailed, signed, and sealed structural calculation reports.
    Perform site-specific soil corrosion analysis and incorporate findings into structural design.
    Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD.
    Oversee construction administration, including inspection and review of shop drawings.


    Areas Of Focus:

    Comprehensive Structural Design:
    Provide structural engineering design and analysis for diverse structures across multiple sectors.
    Analyze project sites for wind, snow, and seismic loading calculations.
    Utilize various materials including concrete, steel, FRP, aluminum, stainless steel, and masonry.
    Prepare construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
    Estimate engineering costs based on relevant project histories.

    Foundation Design and Corrosion Evaluations:
    Review geotechnical data for foundation design impact.
    Perform structural analysis for deep and shallow foundations.
    Design various foundation types including piers, caissons, piles, and footings.


    Residential/Commercial Building Design:
    Design structural components for buildings including roof trusses, shear walls, columns, and footings.
    Provide cost-effective recommendations for framing systems and member properties.

    Structural Assessments:
    Conduct condition assessments and inspections using non-destructive and destructive testing techniques.
    Evaluate live load capacity and provide technical analysis for structural repair recommendations.


    Prefabricated Structures:
    Coordinate with manufacturers for prefabricated structures.
    Provide foundation design based on manufacturer specifications.
    Produce structural engineering drawings and specifications for prefabricated structures.

    Third-Party Evaluation and Recommendations:
    Evaluate structural engineering drawings and calculation reports.
    Provide recommendations for cost-effective designs.


    Project Management & Coordination:
    Coordinate with interdisciplinary project teams.
    Maintain communication with project stakeholders throughout all project phases.

    Construction Administration Services:
    Perform construction inspection and oversight.
    Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
    Review and process bid documents, change orders, and RFIs.


    Qualifications:
    Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
    Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    5-10 years of relevant experience.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
    Strong knowledge of national and local building codes and standards.
    Excellent communication and project management skills.
