    Medical Technologist - ASCP

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science, with experience in conducting various clinical tests and analyses. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology, alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking.
    • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
    • Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report data accurately and efficiently.
    • Adhere to quality control procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
    • Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
    • ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist (MT).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
    • Proficiency in performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
