The CFSS Intake Specialist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for incoming person served calls and emails, accurately completing intake forms, coordinating follow-ups for missing documentation or incomplete service agreements, maintaining detailed and organized records of all intakes in agency systems, updating and maintaining spreadsheets by entering accurate information received through the intake process.
