You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Care Partners (RCP), Caregiver, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff.
What you'll do here:
Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelinesPartners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Care Partners, Medication Assistants, LPNs and Lead Resident Care PartnersCollaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residentsConducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessmentsProvide on-call support for the communityEnsures compliance, efficiency and team's understanding of policies and proceduresAdditional duties as assignedWe'd love to talk if:You are a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) /Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Salary Range:
$63,000 - $87,000, based on experience and license type.
You are required to complete any necessary health requirements which may change from time-to-time, such as vaccination.
