+- Supervises hourly warehouse associates including providing training guidance establishing job standards evaluating performance Ensures timely accurate complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety proper stop sequence on assigned truck trailer completes necessary paperwork Ensures all product received during shift is stocked properly first-in/first-out warehouse procedures followed for all stock rotation Demonstrates strong service quality ethic through personal example Ensures that all associates have thorough understanding of individual roles meeting or exceeding internal external customer expectations Coordinates pick planning in conjunction with Warehouse Manager Utilization Company s warehouse management systems APT HighJump other technologies available maximize productivity Analyzes productivity levels of warehouse operation recommends appropriate changes Handles building security include locking warehouse setting alarms after night shift Ensures safe operation material handling Complies with Company health safety programs Performs other related duties as assigned
