    We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Associate Attorney with a focus on Personal Injury to join our legal team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload from start to finish, including negotiation, litigation, and trial, with the support of a robust team.

    Manage all phases of personal injury litigation cases, from investigation and pleadings through trial, settlement, and appeal.

    Handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, brain injuries, dog bites, and more.

    Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and perform other related legal duties as required.
    Collaborate with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
    Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Attorney in personal injury law.
    Proven track record of successful negotiation, litigation, and settlement of personal injury claims.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
    Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
