Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer 3 will support new and current machining processes for Caterpillar at the Decatur facility. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide operational support,and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safety,
quality,
and efficiency.
- Improve machining processes and develop requirements for new processes.
- Support operations by troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
- Enhance PVQC metrics and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
