As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. This is a driving post, so you may move between areas as needed while providing a welcoming customer service experience for employees and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.

Monitor access control points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate check-in locations.

Respond to alarms, calls for service, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or public emergency services as needed.

Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrol activity, and hazards observed, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be 21+ years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
