- Enhance team efficiency for on-time execution of DFT milestones
- Manage issues related to yield loss, yield improvement, cost reduction and quality at wafer sort and final test to meet product qualification
- Work with team members on specific tasks. Understand product qualification schedules, plan and drive meetings and track progress
- Deliver timely and effective communications to update senior management and key stakeholders on status
- Experience managing highly technical subject matter experts, as well as growing and developing high performing teams
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of DFT architecture, methods and flows for Scan, MBIST, IOBIST and BSDL.
- Good understanding of DFT tools for Scan, MBIST and silicon debug tools
- Experience with silicon bring up, debug, low yield and DPPM analysis
- Should demonstrate experience with Excel and Power Point tools
- Demonstrate good skills to interface and collaborate with multiple teams across the company
- MSEE with 8, or BSEE with 10 years of experience in Design-For-Test (DFT) development
