    Job DescriptionJob Summary:


    The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A at Pritchard Companies will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the organization's Auto division located in Clear Lake, Iowa.

    This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the VP of Finance and will play a critical role in informing key business decisions through financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
    • Analyze financial data and present findings to senior management
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Auto division
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support decisionmaking and drive business growth
    • Identify costsaving opportunities and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Support adhoc financial analysis as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Auto industry
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
    • CPA or CFA certification is preferred but not required
