    The Work You'll Do:


    The Senior Compliance Services Representative is responsible for delivering tax compliance services to large and complex clients as well as providing support to team members with client escalations and issue resolution.

    As a trusted resource and extension of our clients tax compliance environment, this role performs tasks such as data imports and reconciliation, management of regulatory tax deadlines, and provides problem resolution to complex problems.

    With a strong understanding of project management and experience in client services, accounting and reconciliation, the Senior Compliance Services Representative acts as a collaborative and consultative partner.

    Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver client services utilizing Sovos Tax Information Reporting (1099), Affordable Care Act, Sales and Use Tax Reporting, FATCA, Unclaimed Property, and/or Certificate Management softwareEnsure compliance with applicable taxing authorities (IRS, State and Local Governments) and client-specified procedures by adhering to internal policies and proceduresIdentify, prioritize, and resolve client issues; coordinate appropriate internal departments to provide timely response and solutionsProvide assistance to Compliance Services Associates and Representatives in building domain expertise and resolving client issuesMaintain goals and key measures to ensure progress and alignment with desired business outcomes for clientsIdentify process improvement and/or standardization opportunities; offers suggestions to build internal efficiencies and reduce risk and lead internal process improvement projectsFoster continuous improvement efforts; offers ideas and feedback to generate new and innovative ideas for ongoing Company improvements and enhancementsDevelop re-usable documentation and training material; leads training sessionsWork with clients and federal, state, or local jurisdictions to investigate complex issues and negotiate solutionsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedWhat We Ask of You:3+ years of client service-related work experienceKnowledge of Tax Information Reporting (1099), Affordable Care Act, Sales and Use Tax Reporting, FATCA, Unclaimed Property, and/or Exemption Certificate ManagementExcellent time management, decision making, and organizational skillsDetail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead and empower teams to achieve individual and operational goalsExcellent interpersonal and professional communication skillsComputer and internet skills to include Excel, Outlook and WordDue to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
