    Job Description:

    A Sales Associate at Spencer's King Of Prussia Mall will provide exceptional Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the security of cash and efficiently operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
    • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals by conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
    • Contribute to loss prevention efforts within the store.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to maintain high standards of Guest Services.
    • Efficient operation of POS systems with attention to cash security.
    • Effective teamwork and communication skills to support Store Management.
