Summary
The Program Operations Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes that support program delivery across LoopRL. This role ensures programs run efficiently, on time, and within scope while aligning cross-functional teams, systems, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operational Management
- Own program performance metrics and dashboards to drive throughput, cost efficiency, and cycle-time reduction.
- Design and manage operational frameworks, workflows, and SOPs to support scalable program delivery.
- Develop program schedules, manage resource planning, and lead capacity management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications and program performance updates.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; propose and implement process improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies where appropriate.
- Document processes and maintain operational knowledge bases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with program managers, engineering, product, finance, and customer success teams to align operational priorities.
Data & Reporting
- Develop reporting frameworks to track program outcomes, cost efficiency, and timelines.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure programs adhere to internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience using project management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
- Preferred experience in supply chain management, forward and reverse logistics.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
