    Medical Device company in Irvine, CA is hiring for a full-time Assembler

    Schedule:

    1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

    2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Mon-Fri)

    Pay Rate:

    $17/hr - $22/hr DOE

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform soldering rework repairs and assembly on small electronic units in a cleanroom.
    • Testing using: ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, functional generators
    • Communicate with engineering team on projects and deadlines
    • Perform product processing from preparation of raw materials to finished goods assembly.
    • Adherence to established standard operating procedures and training.
    • Utilize clean room and manufacturing equipment, special tools and fixtures.
    • Maintain proper documentation for quality and compliance with GMP requirements.
    • Complete appropriate paperwork necessary for maintaining good records.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Medical Device or Aerospace experience is a plus
    • Microscope experience is a plus
    • GMP, GDP, and SOP knowledge
    • Familiarity with tools and equipment
    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
