    HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
    The Operations Support Admin is responsible for providing operational support as part of the Asset Services group. This group is responsible for performing various shared services related to both the Alternative and Traditional Asset teams. The position's primary responsibilities are to process asset-related electronic and physical mail as well as support the Transfers and Asset Services teams as needed. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and have strong attention to detail, accurate and rapid data entry capabilities, capacity for multitasking, and the ability to prepare and process correspondence in a timely manner.

    • Sort, scan and distribute purchase, re-registration and exchange confirmations, sponsor statements and other correspondence received via email and accessed through portals
    • Sort and distribute incoming physical mail including scanning documents into the firm data archival
    • Create and run mail merges
    • Prepare, scan and mail client and sponsor correspondence
    • Prepare and eRecord deeds for re-registration purposes
    • Assist with Custodian follow-ups for incoming transfers
    • Assist with completion of additional documents and other requests related to incoming and outgoing transfers
    • Communicate with internal departments, external investment sponsors and clients to resolve issues via email, physical mail, or phone
    • Ensure that all processing consistently meets established service levels and is done with a high degree of accuracy
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Quick learner, inquisitive and curious
    • Ability to be detail-oriented, organized and dependable
    • Ability to type, enter data and perform other duties quickly and accurately
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be proactive in resolving issues and seeking additional work as time allows
    • Possess a strong computer aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, particularly Word's mail merge functionality
    • Proactive and analytical, able to problem-solve and propose resolutions
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Operate with a high sense of responsibility and conscientiousness in delivering results
    • Optimistic with a consistently positive and flexible attitude
    • Ability to maintain the highest quality of service
    • IRA knowledge and experience with alternative investments and data archival systems preferred
