Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies to understand consumer preferences, behavior, and trends.

Organize and facilitate sensory panels testing sessions to evaluate product attributes such as taste, smell, texture, and appearance. Work with panel leader to ensure screening, training, validation regularly conducted. Assist in designing research protocols and methodologies for data collection.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from consumer surveys and sensory panels testing. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, procurement, marketing, and quality assurance to implement research insights.

Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations


Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field Master's degree preferred. 2-5 years' experience in sensory expert panel and consumer research Industries/Experience - Consumer research, sensory research agencies, Food science, chemistry, market research agencies Working knowledge of: Data analysis of expert panel/QDA Quantitative consumer research Statistical Analysis - ANOVA Microsoft Office Suite Compusense familiarity is a plus
