    Nobles seeks a teacher of both Latin and English for a full-time position centered in our Middle School division to begin in late August 2024.

    The successful candidate would be willing to teach classes across divisions (middle and upper school) but will have an interest in working with middle school (grades 7-8) learners.

    This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic department and a close-knit middle school division whose members are passionate about ideas, teaching practices, and developing positive student-teacher relationships.

    A strong academic background, a minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience, and a commitment to ongoing growth in their classroom practice and curricular development are encouraged.

    A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree with an appropriate focus is attractive. We set a premium on collaboration, collegiality, and flexibility.

    The Noble and Greenough School looks for multifaceted educators who are eager to contribute significantly to the life of the school in at least one non-academic area (for example, athletics, community service, admissions, or performing arts) outside of their teaching.
