    Position Summary:


    The Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for the development, implementation and management of procurement and purchasing programs across all brands.

    He/she will utilize a strategic vision, operational expertise and leadership to drive success of our operations. This role is highly cross functional, building effective partnerships both internally and externally.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage purchase contracts, and ensure effective procurement processes.
    • Analyze systems, policies, and procedures, providing recommendations and managing implementation.
    • Vett and manage vendor relations.
    • Report to and work alongside CFO in forecasting, renewals, negotiations, and issue resolution processes for all brands and locations.
    • Optimize costs while mitigating risks.
    • Track market trends, prices, rebates and taking remedial action as needed.
    • Analyze price changes and assess the impact.
    • Communicate with senior leadership and be a major contributor to the overall leadership effort.
    • Lead vendor remediation efforts and implement necessary corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with operations, sales and project managers to ensure best practices and compliance.

    Education/Qualifications/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business-related field; or equivalent business experience and ten (10) years of supply chain experience in progressive company.
    • Excellent cross functional experience and business knowledge of supply chain operations.
    • Exercise good judgement in decision making, with proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills; ability to identify root cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.

    Physical Demands:

    • Sit/stand for extended periods, manage complexity and delegate effectively.
    • Heavy computer use, access to multiple business systems.

    • Office – dynamic work, balance needs of internal team with external partners.

    $55, $75,000.00 per year
