Role Overview

Randstad USA is seeking a seasoned Strategic Process Improvement Lead to drive lean manufacturing initiatives and coach site leaders across seven US locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process improvement projects, leveraging LSS principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Deploy and support the Connected Workforce Solution (POKA) at assigned sites, including on-the-job training and communication best practices.
Collaborate with Operational Excellence Teams to develop and manage project pipelines, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
Analyze business needs, prioritize projects, and influence stakeholders to align processes with customer-centric goals.
Maintain accurate project status and financial benefits in LSS databases for coached belts.
Develop and track Lean KPIs for assigned sites.
Travel 50-75% to support site-based initiatives and provide coaching expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field required.
Six Sigma Certification mandatory, with expertise in Connected Workforce Solution (POKA).
Minimum 3 years of experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives and coaching; equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the US.
