- Join 9 anesthesiologists and 25+ CRNA's
- Base salary guarantee + group productivity bonus that is shared by the fulltime physicians participating in call responsibilities
- Minimum compensation and benefit package ( CME, licenses, society dues, and quality bonuses) of $600,000 annually for 2 years plus a group bonus pool based on the overall OR case productivity.
- Anesthesiology department services four locations
- Team model of medical direction and MD anesthesia (70/30 mix)
- Well-balanced case mix will include healthy pediatrics and emphasis on a wide variety of regional anesthesia techniques
- No cardiac anesthesia
- Excellent work-life balance with equally shared call from home
- OB - CRNA in house 24/7

- Quality Bonus - $15,000 / annually
- Minimum 10 weeks of vacation or 400 hours of PTO
