- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' occupational therapy needs within the school environment
- Recommend and implement appropriate accommodations and modifications to support students' participation and success in the classroom
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
