    We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on patients' lives.

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.

    Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management.

    Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

    Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    We require a Physical Therapist (PT) License and BLS Certifications. Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience and strong communication and adaptability skills are also essential.
