    Customer Service Admin for S/R department, 1st Shift Position reports to a manager.

    **Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm**

    **$** **18.00/hr**

    **QUALIFICATIONS :**

    1. Must be customer oriented.

    2. Have a reasonable understanding of US geography with respect to State and major city locations.

    3. Good math skills and accuracy.

    4. Good phone etiquette.

    5. Good organizational skills.

    6. Able to multi-task

    7. Proficient in Microsoft Office

    **PRIMARY DUTIES :**

    1. Confirm with the customer that their order can be shipped and alert them to any problems should they arise

    2. Work with carriers to set load times and produce accurate paperwork

    3. Print, collate, Work Order and dispatch paperwork for shipping

    4. Get accurate shipping rates for customer service based on criteria given.

    5. Have knowledge of transportation times and other key aspects of shipping

    6. Have adequate knowledge of product specifications

    7. Have sufficient knowledge of Manager of Distribution duties to act as a temporary fill-in

    8. Handling claims when product is damaged or lost in transit

    9. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager of Distribution and Customer Service Manager

    10. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process and the system;

    11. Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system;

    12. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels;

    13. Verify the implementation of solutions;

    14. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

    **MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY**

    Management has the right at any time during or after the probationary period, to evaluate the performance and determine if the employee is qualified.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
