    Insight Global is hiring for a Project Manager to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company.

    This Project Manager is joining the Customer Operations organization, specifically within the Outage Management team.

    This Project Manager will be joining a team comprised of 10-15 individuals that work on quicker outage detection before customers are aware of the outage.

    When outage is generated, we automatically deliver proactive notifications along with estimated repair times via customers preferred method of communication.

    On a day-to-day basis, this Project Manager will be working alongside other Project/Program Managers and a data analyst on executing this roll out to customers.

    This person will utilize PM processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting executive standards, project tracking, creating project plans, and creating PowerPoint decks to present to stakeholders and executives.

    This project manager is required to be onsite 5x a week.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of Project Management Experience
    • Strong experience within the project lifecycle: concept to implementation
    • Experience within project roll outs (ideally within the cable, telecom, mobile, or internet industry)
    • Strong experience using a project tracking tool like MS Project
    • Strong experience within MS Office Suites (specifically with PowerPoint)


    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Telecom Experience
    • Experience using Smart Sheets null
