- Worksite Location: Cokato, MN
- Oversee all financial and management accounting functions in the subsidiary
- Lead the finance and accounting function as a member of the business leadership team
- Oversee the monthly closing process
- Manage the business accounting team including general accounting, AP, and AR
- Prepare forecasts and annual budgets
- Develop financial reporting and analysis
- Provide financial support and analyses for department leaders
- Maintain a reliable control system
- Identify, create, and implement process improvements
- Establish controls in compliance with all GAAP and SOX requirements
- Academic degree with strong knowledge in accounting
- 3+ years of experience from a similar position on a managerial level, preferably in an international organization
- Experience managing direct reports
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
- Ability to understand and assess complex Finance/Accounting chain issues
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership
