    JOB BRIEF
    A fast-growing AI technology company in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help drive executive alignment, communication, and operational execution. This unique role blends strategic partnership with hands-on coordination - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in getting things done with clarity and impact.
    You'll be a core contributor to the executive office, ensuring the CEO's priorities are effectively synchronized across teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
    THE JOB:
    As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll help the leader stay focused on high-impact work by owning daily execution, relationship coordination, and cross-functional communication. You'll ensure smooth operations and effective follow-through by combining organizational excellence with excellent judgment and discretion.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the CEO's day-to-day execution by managing complex calendars, priorities, and communications
    • Prepare and refine high-quality written materials, presentations, and briefing documents for both internal and external audiences
    • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, partners, and other stakeholders
    • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and critical engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up
    • Track action items and drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are completed on time
    • Manage special projects as assigned that require thoughtful execution and discretion
    ABOUT YOU:
    • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in tech, AI, or high-growth environments
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional presence
    • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and judgement when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
    • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and drives follow-through without needing instruction
