    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Position Available: Speech Language Pathologist for School Year

    Location: Sherman Oaks, CA

    Company: ProCare Therapy has partnered with a distinguished school district in Sherman Oaks, CA, to seek an impassioned Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year.

    Position Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students grappling with communication disorders.
    • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom ambiance to ensure every student feels esteemed.
    • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to gauge students' progress and adapt instructional methods as necessary.
    • Employ an array of teaching techniques and resources to cater to diverse learning modalities.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
    • Possess state certification or licensure for school therapy.
    • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Showcase proficiency in various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
    • Have prior experience working with students of varying needs and abilities.
