    Role- BD Manager
    Experience- 8 to 12 yrs.
    Location- Texas, Atlanta, Dallas

    Role & Responsibilities-Job Description:
    • Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product lines
    • Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines.

    Will carry targets linked compensation:
    order booking, revenue targets, new leads

    • Build strategic partnerships with organisations for a deeper penetration across geographies and Region
    • Product marketing (Lead generation, road shows, conference presentations, product evangelization, sales training, sales collateral, funnel management)
    • Sales support/Pre-Sales activities (Solution architecture, RFP response, Hardware dimensioning, pricing, presentations)
    • Building close relationships with customers and regional sales teams
    • Have a competitor mapping in various regions and evolve a strategy for selling relevant products and applications Feeding new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management teams
    • Be the domain expert for customers and prospects to engage and seek advise
    • Working in concert with the Product Management, Product Development within Business Unit and working closely with the Delivery management and sales teams

    Skills Required:

    • Experience in Telecom domain, preferably around solutions like
    Digital Banking, Embedded Payments &

    Digital Wallet ,

    E lectronic and Voucher -Recharge Platforms

    • Demonstrated success in driving and achieving number targets
    8-12

    years of experience of which at least 6 years, in pre-sales role around enterprise applications

    • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of financial software products (core banking, digital banking, fintech products) is preferable.
    Experience of selling to fintech/banks is desired

    • Experience with international customers and markets is essential
    • Knowledge in any of the product line domain areas addressed by the PU would be preferred
