Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team.
This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 3 years of estate planning experience.

Provide expert legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, guardianship, probate, wills, and trusts.

Develop and implement sophisticated estate plans for clients, including drafting legal documents and overseeing the execution process.

Represent clients in probate and guardianship proceedings, advocating for their rights and interests while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.
3+ years of experience in estate planning.
Experience with probate and/or elder law is desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
