- Communicate efficiently with patients, families, and fellow healthcare team members.
- Current LPN license in Ohio.
- CPR certification.
- Demonstrated experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking capabilities.
