    Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

    Location: Lake Forest Park, WA (Near Seattle)

    About Us: We are a reputable home health care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a patient in Lake Forest Park, WA. The position offers full benefits and paid time off (PTO), with a schedule of two days a week, Wednesday and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (32 hours per week).

    Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and capable RN to provide home health care services to our patient in Lake Forest Park, WA. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to accommodate the patient's needs and ensure continuity of care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to the patient according to their individualized care plan.
    • Assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
    • Monitor the patient's vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
    • Collaborate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
    • Utilize downtime effectively while ensuring readiness to respond to the patient's needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Washington State RN license.
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related setting.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
