- Drive sales growth with new health system partners
- Develop a robust understanding of addressable market within territory including current partners, prospects, systems, professional groups and regulations
- Develop, maintain, and execute on a strategic plan for territory management
- Build and maintain a sufficient opportunity pipeline through direct efforts and collaboration with marketing.
- Qualify opportunities based on relevant knowledge of operational realities and organizational strategy
- Maintain engagement and momentum through complex, mid to long-term, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Monitor, set and manage appropriate expectations with prospects to set the stage for successful implementations
- Collaborate regularly with Array's clinical, operational and technical teams to roll out new contracts and play a significant role in communicating with new partners along the implementation timeline
- Diligently document sales information and activity within Salesforce CRM

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' experience selling to C-suite hospital targets, in particular the CNO
- Minimum of 10 years outside sales territory management experience
- Ability to plan, manage and deliver on a sales strategy within your assigned territory
- Ability to effectively work from home with a remote team
- Successful track record navigating and managing complex and long sales cycles
- Advanced knowledge of and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be comfortable delivering presentations via video conferencing
- Approximately 30% to 50% overnight travel required

- The pay range for this role starts at $150,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth of Array's services with new hospital, health system, medical group and clinic partners within an assigned territory. Sellers are responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying and evaluating appropriateness of opportunities, and converting those opportunities into closed contracts. This individual will be expected to represent Array's portfolio of services and must have a robust understanding of the healthcare market, especially within the continuum of behavioral health care, hospitals, and health systems. This crucial role serves as the organization's ambassador through outreach, in-person meetings and conference participation.
This position will support our Southeast region, which includes Kentucky, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Delaware, and Maryland. We are looking for someone who resides in one of these states and can easily travel within this region.
