    Your Job Responsibilities:
    • Admissions of new clients to service
    • 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports
    • Maintain Infection Control Log
    • Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care
    • Quarterly reports/PI reports
    • Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's
    • Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance
    • All other duties assigned by Agency Director
