- You Have a valid LPN in the State of North Carolina?
- You have a valid Drivers License (Required) and an insured personal vehicle?
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?
- You have at least One (1) Year of Home Care Experience?
- Admissions of new clients to service
- 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports
- Maintain Infection Control Log
- Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care
- Quarterly reports/PI reports
- Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's
- Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance
- All other duties assigned by Agency Director
- Part-Time (Less than 30 hours / week)
