- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Mentor and train team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in the accounting department.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.
