Always Better Care is pleased to announce an opportunity for a full time Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health based out of our beautiful Laughlin, NV/Bullhead City, AZ location.

We're excited to offer our therapist an $5K signing bonus. Our therapist will enjoy a generous hourly rate and an additional $80-$90 per patient encounter. Our therapist will also receive compensation for SOC Oasis visits at $156-$175 per visit.

Our patients come to us with many different needs-and we can help them all We successfully and quickly treat a variety of conditions ranging from orthopedics, stroke, post-surgical, and other debilitating causes of weakness and neurological loss.

Our PT will be responsible for the following:
Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
Develop an individualized treatment plan
Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients' pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
