    Multi specialty dental practice in Western Massachusetts providing General Dentistry, Cosmetics, Restorative, Invisalign, Implant dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and more.

    Daily min to start $700-$900, 32%-40% of collections.

    Pension and Profit Sharing Plan with 6% match

    Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical care, new grad OK only if completed 2 years of clinical residency.

    The practice is a multi specialty practice offering preventive services as well as cosmetic, restorative, implant dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and more.

    We have 3 locations in this area and we employ over 45 staff between both. All modern fully computer based, all digital charting

    You will be asked to work - 4 days a week and be part of a multi doctor team in the Northampton location.

    Learn management systems in place and work with staff to continue to improve the level of service and delivery of care.

    Preference would be a doctor with experience wishing to relocate family to the area and being part of an independently owned private care practice with strong staff and management systems in place.

    Full time 4 days/week.
    Fri - 5, the rest flexible
    Multi Doctor multi specialty practice with strong management systems, strong staff and strong new patient flow. Family practice, personal private care philosophy.

    Note the practice would be receptive to a mature clinician general or prosthodontist working 2-3 days a week in a semi retired capacity here in beautiful western Massachusetts.
